My beautiful mother is in her early 50s. She is more physically active than many of her friends. She has lost 22 pounds this year to be healthy (yay). She shares her health tips with me whenever she comes across any. “In our early ages, we work ignoring our health to earn money and in older age, we spent almost all we earned to get back our health!” She quotes to me while I am busy showering likes on Instagram, I glance at her only to decide immediately to write a post about health.

I truly think our The soul mate is our health. We can do without any individual or thing but not without our body. We need to educate ourselves to be healthier. Life is a simple biological cycle. It basically depends on what we eat to survive. A strong mind and healthy body make us complete. Our health can be easily maintained by our food habits and regular exercises. You still have to take care of your health even if you own millions. Good health is not something we can buy. However, it can be an extremely valuable savings account. We must realise that health is more important to survive than anything else. We must never forget the saying “Prevention is better Than Cure”. If we, ourselves, maintain our health there would be no necessity of treatments in future. So, can we learn that “Health is Wealth”?

Do you see sick people getting irritated and flustered? I go berserk whenever I fall sick. My mother is always on the verge to kill me whenever she gets sick. And, that’s perfectly a natural behaviour for sick and unhealthy people. If we are not healthy, there is nothing we can cherish. Once when I was sick, I couldn’t dance along my favourite song and It hurt me.

We, people, are suffering from overweight, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart diseases, kidney problems and so many other unknown problems, and a lot of these problems simply occur because of our lifestyle. Money means nothing when it doesn’t afford us the time and means to spend it on ourselves and our loved ones. Staying healthy therefore becomes a necessity. Even a little money is sufficient when we have ourselves running with good health.

People in earlier times were strong and healthy as they used to walk for long distances and they had to run each and every errand on their own. But due to growth in technologies, there has been a decrease in our efforts in almost every walk of life. Nowadays, almost everyone of us, of all age groups suffers from one or more things. Most common, Habitual sleeplessness like Insomnia has lopsided our life completely.

We have been given two legs and two hands to walk life like a cake, however, if we do not use our organs so, it is our fault which leads us towards failure. Most of us spend our whole day and night just by sitting or lying on the bed for god knows how many hours. It is just like fish without swimming and birds without the fly. Can you imagine that what will happen if fishes do not swim or birds do not fly, most commonly they easily would be a food of big animals and slowly their species would get destroyed? In this way, people having more comfort in their life cannot be so healthy. We need to get our asses up and sing the glory of life while exercising and eating healthy.

The World is beautiful and life is all joy for a healthy mind and body. Life is very beautiful if it is lived in right direction.
